Introducing the Qubixor Post-Quantum Maturity Model (QPQMM) v1.0
We are publishing the Qubixor Post-Quantum Maturity Model (QPQMM) v1.0 as a formal methodological framework for assessing organizational post-quantum readiness.
What is the QPQMM?
The QPQMM is a structured model with five dimensions (Governance, Cryptography, Infrastructure, Transition, Awareness), five maturity levels (from Unaware to Strategically Integrated), and a Quantum Readiness Index (QRI) on a 0–100 scale. It is designed to support governance and risk decisions—not to replace audits or certify compliance.
What we are releasing
- A full Methodological Framework document (PDF) in English and French, with definitions, scoring, normative alignment (NIST, ISO, ANSSI, NIS2, DORA), and annexes.
- The document is free to download from our methodology page and homepage.
Why it matters
Organizations need a common, citable reference for post-quantum readiness. The QPQMM provides a reproducible basis for self-assessment, reporting, and progress tracking. We will continue to evolve the framework in line with standards and regulation.
