The core Service (assessment questionnaires, automated scoring, AI-generated reports, e-Learning modules, learning paths, and path certificates) is currently provided free of charge during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing models in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any changes to the pricing structure.
Note: Participation in the Partner Program is subject to fees. Please refer to Section 8.6 for details on Partner Program pricing.
The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.
The Service is informational only. You remain fully responsible for your security decisions.
The Service may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Qubixor is a trademark currently being registered with the French Intellectual Property Office (INPI). All rights reserved.
All content produced by the Service (except user-provided text) is the property of the Publisher.
You may download and reuse reports for internal purposes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to: accuracy, completeness, or reliability of results; accuracy of AI-generated content; suitability for any particular purpose; uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The Publisher shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: business losses or interruption; loss of profits, revenue, or data; decisions made based on assessment results or AI-generated content; incorrect assessment conclusions; errors generated by automated systems or AI models; inability to access or use the Service.
Users accept full responsibility for relying on the output. The Service is strictly informational and educational. You use the Service at your own risk.
Your sole remedy in case of dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service.
Users may delete their account at any time.
Qubixor offers a Partner Program that allows qualified organizations to be listed as implementation partners. By applying and participating, you agree to the following:
8.1 Public Information Disclosure – When your partner application is approved, the following information will be publicly displayed: company name, contact name, contact email, organization type, country, spoken languages, expertise areas; optionally website URL and LinkedIn URL. This information is accessible to all visitors.
8.2 Direct Contact – Organizations using Qubixor may contact you directly. You may receive unsolicited inquiries; Qubixor is not responsible for the content of third-party communications; you are responsible for managing such inquiries.
8.3 Partner Status Revocation – You may revoke your partner status at any time from your profile; your information will be removed from the public directory. Qubixor reserves the right to revoke partner status at any time.
8.4 Offering the Assessment – You are encouraged to mention your Qubixor partner status and offer the assessment in your offerings, in compliance with our terms of use.
8.5 Partner Responsibilities – As a partner you agree to: provide accurate and up-to-date information; maintain professional standards; notify Qubixor of significant changes; not use the Partner Program to mislead or defraud.
8.6 Partner Program Pricing – Qubixor reserves the right to establish, modify, or adjust pricing for the Partner Program at any time. Partners will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. No refunds. Fees paid for the Partner Program are non-refundable.
These Terms are governed by French law, unless another mandatory law applies.
