This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the website and services provided by Steve Gordon ("the Publisher", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Service.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to: access the website; complete the assessment questionnaires; generate automated scoring and reports; complete e-Learning modules and learning paths; earn path certificates (with public verification link); use the resulting reports and certificates for internal purposes.
The core Service is currently provided free of charge during early access. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, subscriptions, or other pricing models in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any changes.
Note: Participation in the Partner Program is subject to fees. Please refer to the Terms of Use (Section 8.5) for details.
No other rights are granted.
The Service is provided for informational and educational use only.
The Service accepts only: text answers, yes/no selections, descriptive fields related to the assessment questionnaire.
You retain ownership of the text you enter. We process your text solely to compute assessment scores and generate reports.
No file uploads are accepted or stored.
The Service uses AI models to: analyze your written responses, generate summaries, compute quality or relevance scores, produce assessment reports.
AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You agree not to use AI-generated results as a substitute for: professional quantum readiness advice, legal analysis, compliance certification.
The Service is not a professional assessment tool.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, including: accuracy of results, completeness of generated reports, suitability for professional use, uninterrupted availability.
You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Publisher is not liable for: direct or indirect damages, business losses, incorrect assessment conclusions, decisions based on the Service, inability to access or use the Service.
Your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access without notice in case of: misuse, security risk, violation of this Agreement.
You may delete your account at any time.
This Agreement is governed by French law, unless a mandatory local law applies.
We may update this EULA periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
