Realistic approach: identify where cryptography is used, track dependencies on asymmetric crypto, monitor standards (e.g. NIST) and regulatory signals. Add PQC risk to risk registers, document assumptions, prepare transition principles, and ensure cryptographic agility (ability to swap algorithms later) in new designs. Goal is preparedness, not premature deployment.
