What is quantum readiness?

Quantum readiness (or post-quantum readiness) is the degree to which an organization has visibility, governance, and preparedness for post-quantum risk. It covers: where and how cryptography is used, who owns the topic, prioritisation of assets, and ability to migrate when the time is right. It is a living risk topic, not a one-off project; risk evolves with standards, vendor roadmaps, and regulation.
