Common questions

When will quantum computers break encryption?

Today's quantum computers are noisy and limited (so-called NISQ era: few qubits, high error rates). Breaking RSA-2048 or similar public-key crypto is not possible today; no known quantum computer compromises real-world TLS or VPN. PQC migration is a strategic move, not an emergency. Preparation matters because migrations take years and long-term confidentiality of stored data is at stake.
